Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development: Promote and sell electrical products and solutions to customers in various industries. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with existing clients. Provide customers with technical and product knowledge to assist with decision-making. Customer Relationship Management: Regularly meet with clients to understand their needs and provide suitable electrical solutions. Follow up on leads, inquiries, and quotations to close sales. Address and resolve customer complaints and queries to ensure satisfaction. Market Research & Reporting: Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities. Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management, including sales forecasts, activities, and achievements. Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with the technical and operations teams to ensure timely delivery and project execution. Assist in preparing quotations, technical proposals, and contracts. Product Knowledge & Training: Stay up-to-date with the latest electrical products, technologies, and market trends. Provide feedback to the product team on customer preferences and requirements.
